When you purchase from Vamp Gogh Photographics you can expect only the best. We happily provide you with the following guarantees:

Our quality.

We use professional laboratories to scan our film and produce images of the highest possible resolution. Please note that how you see our images on your computer screen may vary from the pictures that you receive due to variances in computer display equipment but we assure you that your pleasure will only be increased with the images you receive.

The photographic paper we use.

We print our images on Kodak's flagship archival paper - Kodak Professional Supra Endura paper that the manufacturer states will maintain image stability for at least 100 years under normal conditions before noticeable fading occurs. We also offer our product on Kodak Professional Endura Metallic paper which has a unique metallic appearance giving an even greater vibrancy in colours that adds dimension, depth and energy to the subject. Kodak describe 'normal' conditions as being those found in a room in the home or office with to two or three windows and that allows for direct and indirect sunlight as well as artificial light.

Our service.

You will find that our efficient and friendly service is second to none.

Delivery of our product to you.

A few of our production processes require a little time to ensure our high quality and archival standards are achieved. Whilst the normal shipping time will be much less, please allow up to three weeks for your item to be produced and shipped to you. Once your payment has been received and your order is ready to ship, we will despatch your prints to you as quickly as possible. Generally this will mean you can expect to receive them:

• If being delivered within Australia - between three and five business days of your prints being produced, and
• If being delivered outside of Australia - you can view the approximate delivery times section of the Australia Post website, however, this will usually be within three weeks of payment being received.

We despatch your purchased prints via Australia Post in purpose designed protective containers and with insurance cover appropriate to the value of your order. Production of your pictures will be arranged as soon as possible after receipt of a paid order.

Customer support and backup.

In the rare event of a problem arising we will work with you to overcome the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns policy.

In the unlikely event that our product does not meet your expectations a refund will be made on the safe return of the goods in question. In such instances the cost of return postage and insurance would be the purchaser's responsibility.
